Update scorecard

This route lets you update the recommendation (thumbs up or down) for a candidate along with saving some private notes that will show up in the report.

Instead of using an email address to update a candidate, you're required to use a username instead because a candidate can take assessments with the same email address but usernames are automatically generated for them and unique.

You can get the username property from first hitting the report route.
